Diego has owned and operated Baja Blue Diver since 2011 and operated since 2005.

In addition to his B. A. in Oceanography , Diego leads by example with his Certificates in PADI, as well Ocean Lifeguard and prehospital resuscitation certification. Diego has also served as Scientific diver in an Oceanographic Institute (Instituto de Investigaciones Oceanologicas) doing videos and scientific diving…

His interests include; diving in kelp forests, underwater photography and video, marine biology, fishing,

all things boat related, and sharing his passion for the ocean and the many creatures that make it their home.

Diego has worked in the dive industry since he started studying Oceanography (2004), and became a dive professional in 2007.

He is also an expert in hose diving, as well he has over 10 years experience in open ocean kayaking…

Kawsay has a B. A. in Oceanography, she was certified for diving in 2005 at the age of 18 with CMAS and FMAS, and at the age of 21 with  NAUI, and in 2017 became a PADI Rescue Diver.
She has since logged an extensive amount of dives in areas including: the coast of Caribbean Sea and Cozumel, Veracruz in the Gulf of Mexico, Puerto Vallarta ,Islas Marietta’s, Zihuatanejo and Acapulco in the Pacific Ocean of central Mexico and Baja California in the sea of Cortez and in the Pacific Ocean.

Kawsay enjoys diving in kelp forests, fish identification, underwater photography and video, night diving, open ocean kayaking , marine biology, and sharing her passion of the ocean and marine life with people, for feel that sense of caring for the environment. Kawsay has also served as Scientific diver in an Oceanographic Institute (Instituto de Investigaciones Oceanologicas) with scientific diving as a underwater Photographer and Videographer and fish identification. She has a Ocean Lifeguard and prehospital resuscitation certification of  the Oceanographic Institute (Instituto de Investigaciones Oceanológicas).

He is part of the Baja Blue Diver team since 2013,  He was born in Ensenada and loves to show the city and its different attractions, providing a friendly service to all our customers, he has over 7 years experience in snorkeling and kayaking. Jonathan loves to fish from the kayak and the shore. He is a photography and video editor. Jonathan is also a dancer “Poppin Reef” teacher in Ensenada.
